Every project begins with a workable site plan. Our purpose is to ensure items such as fire department vehicular access and water supply are met for the particular project. This can be a single-family home development or commercial project.
Architectural Plan Review
Focusing on adherence to the fire codes applicable to the location of your project, we research the codes adopted by the state, county, and municipality. The goal is to help clients get through the plan review process as quickly as possible. We strive to have comments back to you within 5 business days or less.

Not sure you will pass your upcoming fire inspection? Let us take a look and help insure you avoid any potential reinspection fees.
Pre-purchace Survey
The Florida Fire Prevention Code specifically addresses existing occupancies. The requirements may mean a significant upgrades or additional fire protection systems.

ABOUT ME
I started my fire service career in 1983 as a volunteer fire fighter. In that organization I held the posts of driver, lieutenant, captain, battalion chief, and division chief. I was also at one point, training officer and put in charge of our hazardous materials team.

In 1989 I was hired as a fire inspector. Three years later in 1992 I began reviewing plans and did so for the rest of my career which ended in 2022. The last 8 years I served as the Fire Marshal for two cities. I currently serve on the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeal Fire Code Committee and the Electrical Code Committee. I have been awarded the Fire Marshal Designation by the Center for Public Safety Excellence. Finally, I posses a degree in Fire Science and on in Liberal Arts.

I have extensive knowledge of the Florida Fire Prevention Code and a great deal of experience in conflict resolution with jurisdictions and customers.
